This year’s first Chefs & Shows will be an evening with a returning chef, Tim Stock of Thyme and Again.
He will be preparing a menu inspired by Bed & Breakfast and featuring all breakfast foods… for dinner! After you eat, you’ll head to the GCTC to see the play the Toronto Star called “A doozy worthy of Fawlty Towers.”
Location: Thyme and Again (1255 Wellington Street W), moving to the GCTC for the show.
Tickets: Tickets are $100 and include dinner and the show. Gratuity is also included.
*subscribers can upgrade their tickets for $70 via the box office.
Course One: buttermilk pancakes, house made lemon ricotta, sunny side quail’s egg, honey crisp apple compote.
Course Two: breakfast “enchilada” - Chorizo sausage, nduja pate, pork belly, hashbrowns, re-fried Beans, brown butter hollandaise
Course Three: fruit loop infused panna cotta, honey cereal clusters, raspberry jelly, passion fruit, yogurt mousse.
