The 100 Watt Youth Ensemble and the Great Canadian Theatre Company (GCTC) invite you to gather on October 26th, 2025 at 2pm for an afternoon dedicated to climate action and community through theatre.

As part of the 10th Anniversary of the Climate Change Theatre Action project happening all over the world this fall, 12 youth will offer audiences of all generations readings of short plays written by Elspeth Tilley and Alister Emerson (New Zealand), Lewis Hetherington (Scotland), and E.M. Lewis (USA). The readings will be followed by an Ottawa organization, CAFES (Community Action for Environmental Sustainability) sharing their commitment to ensuring a healthy city, and an informal community exchange.

For the love of the planet and our futures, let’s join artists and community to collectively inspire and support each other, and to reflect on how to share local and global responsibilities.

Admission by donation.

If you can't attend but would like to support, you can donate here.
