For many of GCTC’s mainstage productions in the 2018-19 season, we will feature the food of one of our favourite local chefs. Past events have included food from Michael Blackie (NeXt), Patrick Garland (Absinthe Café), Chris Deraiche (The Wellington Gastropub), Joe Thottungal (Coconut Lagoon), and Steve Wall (Supply and Demand).

Breakfast for Dinner

This year’s first event will be an evening with a returning chef, Tim Stock of Thyme and Again. He will be preparing a menu inspired by Bed & Breakfast and featuring all breakfast foods… for dinner!

All tickets are $100 (gratuity included) and include the dinner and show.
