This is Part 2, which may be filled out electronically or on the paper survey you received in your package at GCTC. Please fill out Part 2 within 24 hours of seeing the show.

 

If you brought Part 1 home with you, please put it in the postage-paid reply envelope provided and mail it back to GCTC. We will match your Part 1 paper survey with your Part 2 electronic survey.

 

Your answers will assist us in understanding how audiences are impacted by theatrical works, and will help to ensure the vibrancy of our productions into the future.
