GCTC's Bylaw Revision

The following documents, available for download illustrate the changes in our bylaws. We have provided for you a copy of the original bylaws as well as the revised with the changes highlighted in the document in bold. This will allow you to track the changes side-by-side with the original bylaws. By-laws are written in Word format and should be translatable by all word-processing engines.
