For Immediate Release Ottawa, Ontario – February 9, 2012 Ottawa audiences can see Carmen Aguirre in her one-woman show - Blue Box – at GCTC’s undercurrents Festival Feb 9, 10th & 12th. The Great Canadian Theatre Company (GCTC) congratulates Carmen Aguirre on winning Canada Reads 2012 for her autobiography – Something Fierce.  Ms. Aguirre, who was reached by phone in Ottawa, said she was “shocked to win” and “honoured to be a finalist.”
