It's been a while since I posted a blog entry in here, but that's because it's been a really busy time in the theatre. We're in the thick of season planning for the upcoming 2013-14 season and I really think you're going to like what we've got planned. There's a lot of stuff that will be changing in and around the theatre and we're really excited to let you know all about it. Lawyer Play
Tara Berish's picture

Well, the rehearsal process for the 14th (what?!) Annual Lawyer Play is now underway. Three times a week, I am lucky enough to share a stage/repurposed courtroom with Lawyer Play veterans and newbies, with the direction and support of a fabulous group of GCTC professionals. This will mark my sixth year participating in the Lawyer Play, and while I always look forward to reacquainting myself with my GCTC family, I relish the fact that every new play brings with it new experiences.

Two months into my internship and I’m taking a big ol’ bite out of the annual Lawyer Play. Fundraising is such an important part of the not-for-profit model. And this fundraiser has a hugely successful past- over 1 million dollars raised since the Lawyer Play tradition began 13 years ago. So, you bet I’m grateful to be a part of year 14!
