Opening Night of Circle Mirror Transformation

It’s the opening night of our last show of the 11-12 season. We have had a great season – starting off with Amelia: The Girl Who Wants to Fly an intriguing story about Amelia Earhart. Then we produced the world premiere of Whispering Pines with a haunting story of espionage and secrets. Our holiday show was full of clowns as A Company of Fools presented A Midwinter’s Dream Tale. Everyone was thrilled to see Blood on the Moon by Pierre Brault. Then we had a gripping story and production of East of Berlin and tonight the audience was laughing and enjoying the characters of Circle Mirror Transformation

It has been a busy day at the theatre today, getting all the things ready for the reception after the show. Jan Grant is GCTC’s Events and Rentals Manager and she is in charge of planning the opening night celebration. Right now the audience is eating up hot dogs and popcorn like they were at their neighbourhood community centre. It’s a really fun and heart warming show. You should come to see it….
