This past Sunday was the last performance of GCTC's production of The Secret Mask by Rick Chafe. This show was a terrific way to kick off our 2012-13 season as it not only saw some returning faces to the GCTC stage, but it was also the recipient of terrific reviews from critics and audiences alike. Here are just a few tidbits from some of the reviews we received:
At the end of this month we move into Fly Me to the Moon, our second production of this season. Everyone is really excited for this Canadian premiere of this play by Irish playwright Marie Jones. The script is absolutely hilarious and it's in the hands of a wonderful director, John P. Kelly who is very comfortable handling the humourous works of Jones (he just directed Stones in His Pockets, which opened The Gladstone's season this year).
Our season is off to a terrific start and we can't wait until October 30 when Fly Me to the Moon hits our stage and you all get to see this spectacular comedic gem.
